During this guided tour you will follow the main sites where Van Gogh stayed when he was in Provence.
Van Gogh came attracted by the light in the south of France. Vincent arrived in Arles one day in February 1888 in search of this light both in and out of doors and finally came on May 1889 to Saint Remy de Provence to be "interned" at his request, the Asylum of Saint Paul Mausole.
Fascinated by the quality of light and fiery beauty of the landscapes that he discovered in Provence, Vincent Van Gogh realized hundreds of paintings which will form one of the brightest chapters of the history of Art.
